These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you") and bet9 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bet9 and you should not create an account. The fact that you have proceeded past the registration screen constitutes acceptance. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on bet9. We take age verification seriously. Any member found to be under 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided and any funds returned minus any winnings. bet9 supports responsible gaming and will not knowingly accept members below the minimum age.
bet9 is designed to serve members located in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using bet9 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bet9 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
To create a bet9 account you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and a working Pakistani mobile number. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or bank statement at the time of registration or at any point during your membership.
Providing false or misleading information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. bet9 cooperates with fraud investigations.
Each individual may hold only one bet9 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses or phone numbers — constitute a breach of these Terms. bet9 uses identity matching systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is identified, all accounts involved will be suspended and any bonuses claimed will be voided. The original account may be reinstated at bet9's discretion following a review.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet9 login credentials. Do not share your username, password or one-time PIN with any other person. bet9 will never ask for your password by email, phone or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately at support@bet9-play.com.
bet9 may request verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Standard documents accepted include a copy of your CNIC front and back, a selfie for liveness verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Withdrawals are held pending verification completion.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. bet9 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month on inactive accounts once this period has elapsed. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and the inactive status is lifted immediately.
You may close your bet9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be paid out subject to verification requirements and these Terms. bet9 also reserves the right to close accounts for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at its sole discretion with reasonable notice provided where appropriate.
bet9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:
All payment methods must be held in the member's own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from an account, card or wallet belonging to someone other than the registered member — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.
Withdrawals may only be initiated once your account has been fully verified. Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds. bet9 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — bet9 has no control over third-party fees.
Note: If a deposit is made and no betting activity is recorded before a withdrawal request is submitted, bet9 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee or decline the withdrawal pending a review. This is to prevent the use of bet9 as a payment gateway.
A bet is confirmed once you have clicked "Confirm Bet" and received an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Until that confirmation is received, the bet is not settled and the odds displayed are indicative only. It is your responsibility to check that the details shown in the betslip — selections, stakes, odds and potential payout — are correct before confirming. bet9 will not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of customer error.
The minimum stake for a single bet on bet9 is Rs 200. The maximum stake varies by market and event and is displayed in the bet placement interface. bet9 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual member at any time, particularly where bet pattern analysis suggests unusual activity.
Odds are displayed in decimal format. They reflect the total return per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake. bet9 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds — defined as odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human input mistake and that could not reasonably be understood by a competent bettor as a genuine market price. Bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds may be voided at bet9's discretion.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as published by the relevant governing body. In cricket, the result confirmed by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant domestic board governs settlement. If a match is abandoned before a result is determined, match result bets are voided and stakes returned. Bets covering a specific number of overs are voided if those overs are not completed. DLS-adjusted results stand for match result markets.
For accumulator bets, if one or more legs are void, the accumulator is recalculated as though those legs did not exist, with the remaining odds combined at the original stake. The accumulator boost percentage advertised on bet9 applies only when all qualifying legs have minimum odds of 1.20 and the minimum qualifying legs (four or more) are present.
bet9 offers live casino products including roulette, poker and other table games provided by licensed third-party studios. By using the casino section you agree to the specific game rules as presented within each game interface. RNG (random number generation) products are certified by independent testing agencies and the live dealer tables use real physical equipment operated by professional dealers.
In the event of a technical failure or malfunction during a game round — including disconnection from a live table — bet9 will use the recorded game state at the point of failure to determine the appropriate resolution. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical error on bet9's systems, affected stakes will be returned. bet9 is not responsible for customer-side technical failures including loss of internet connection.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each casino game are displayed within the game interface before play begins. bet9 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on casino games for any member at any time.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on bet9 are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms associated with the individual offer as published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of five times (5x) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount plus bonus. Qualifying bets for wagering must have minimum odds of 1.40 for sports betting markets. Casino bets contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Some game types such as roulette may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
Bonuses are available to verified, active members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. bet9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, including in response to detected bonus abuse. Abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposite or hedge bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, and using bot or automated software to play.
The accumulator boost of up to 50% applies to pre-match and live cricket accumulator bets with four or more qualifying legs. Boost tiers are as follows: 4–5 legs = 10%, 6–7 legs = 25%, 8 or more legs = 50%. Each leg must have minimum odds of 1.20. The boost is applied to the net winnings portion of the payout, not the total payout. It is applied automatically at the time of bet confirmation.
Refer a Friend: When you refer a friend to bet9 via the Refer a Friend programme and they complete registration and qualifying deposit, both you and your friend will receive the specified bonus. Referred members must be new registrations with no prior bet9 account. Referral bonuses are subject to the standard wagering requirement of 5x.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on bet9. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and, where warranted, referral to relevant authorities:

When material changes are made, bet9 will notify registered members via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using bet9 and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of bet9.
