To process your deposits and withdrawals, we share the minimum necessary payment information with our certified payment partners including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT banking networks and card processing networks. These partners operate under their own privacy policies and are subject to applicable Pakistani financial regulations.
To fulfil our KYC obligations, we share identity documents with a certified verification provider who checks them against official records and returns a verification result. Your documents are handled in accordance with strict data minimisation and security standards.
Device identifiers, IP addresses and behavioural signals are shared with anti-fraud service providers to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements that restrict them from using the data for any other purpose.
For live casino products, limited session data is shared with the relevant licensed game studio to enable the live table experience. Studios do not receive your full identity or payment information.

While bet9 takes all reasonable technical precautions, no internet-based system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You also have a responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential and to use a strong, unique password for your bet9 account.
bet9 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 18. All registration processes include a date-of-birth verification step, and identity documents submitted for KYC are checked for age compliance.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed bet9 or provided personal information to us, please contact support@bet9-play.com immediately. We will investigate and, where confirmed, delete all data associated with the minor's session or account within 48 hours.

Opting out of marketing will not affect transactional communications — you will continue to receive account notifications, bet confirmations, payment receipts and important security alerts regardless of your marketing preference.
bet9 may use your betting and gaming history to personalise the promotions we show you — for example, highlighting PSL betting offers to members who regularly bet on cricket. This personalisation is based on your existing activity on bet9 and does not involve purchasing or using data from external sources. You can opt out of personalised marketing while still receiving generic promotional communications.
bet9 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements or Platform features. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email to your registered address and by displaying a prominent notice on the bet9 website.
